Do I need some previous sailing experience to join the activities?
No, our activities are designed for all levels. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, our professional captain will be onboard to guide you and ensure that you enjoy the experience safely and comfortably.
How many people can join the activities?
Our activities are designed for a maximum of 6 people to ensure a personalized and comfortable experience aboard. You can come with your friends, family, or even your partner!
Is safety equipment included?
Yes, we always provide the necessary safety equipment onboard, such as life vests, and everything you need for a safe sailing experience. Our team is highly trained to ensure that your experience is not only fun but also safe at all times.
What happens if the weather is not favorable for sailing?
Safety is our priority. The captain is responsible for assessing weather conditions and deciding whether it is safe to sail. If the weather is not suitable, we will cancel the trip to ensure your safety and comfort. If this happens, we will offer you the option to reschedule your activity or help you find an alternative. We always aim to provide the best possible experience on the sea.
What should I bring onboard in summer?
In summer, we recommend bringing comfortable and lightweight clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses to protect you from the sun, and a camera to capture the beautiful landscapes. It is also advisable to bring a hat or cap, a swimsuit to enjoy the water, and a change of clothes in case you get wet. The first paddleboard is included in your reservation. If you would like a second one, this is possible but with an additional cost. The snorkeling gear (mask and tube) is included and is disinfected after each use for your comfort and safety. All additional prices are listed on our Prices page. Just bring your energy and willingness to enjoy!
What should I bring onboard in spring or fall?
In spring and fall, we recommend bringing comfortable clothing but also something warmer, such as a sweater or jacket, as the temperatures can be cool in the afternoon or with the wind. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, a swimsuit to enjoy the water, and a change of clothes in case you get wet. The first paddleboard is included in your reservation. Can I customize the route or activity?
Of course! At Cap Ó Sud Sailing Adventures, all our routes are customizable. If you have a destination in mind or wish to adjust the duration of the trip, just let us know. We’ll make sure your experience is exactly how you imagined it.

Can I bring food and drinks onboard?
Yes, you can bring whatever you’d like (except of course, any unauthorized or illicit product). However, to make your experience even more enjoyable, we offer a selection of snacks and drinks for an additional fee. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll take care of everything so you can fully enjoy your adventure.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure availability, especially during high season. However, we can also accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Do you offer activities for special occasions, such as birthdays or marriage proposals?

Can I do paddleboarding or snorkeling during the sailing trip?
Of course! During the sailing trip, but depending on weather conditions, you may enjoy activities like paddleboarding and snorkeling. The first paddle board is included in your reservation. If you would like a second one, this is possible but with an additional cost.
